Crystal Healing Course - £130.00 (one day course)
The Crystal Healing Course is for beginners. Students will be encouraged to place crystals on each other in order to aid healing. Students will learn how to use pendulums to diagnose problems and then be encouraged to use their initiative to select crystals to place in the body. This ancient gentle treatment is non evasive and relaxing for all. Students will be required to have some other therapy training before attending this course such as Swedish massage, Indian head massage etc.

Navel Candling is a luxury treatment specifically for women that uses the prana the chi area which is the navel. The treatment warms internally to increase blood and lymph flow.

This course teaches you the principles of reflexology and how to perform it practically and safely. If this is your first experience of a holistic course or you are already a practitioner, this course is suitable for all levels to learn about reflexology and complete the course with the knowledge that you will be able to provide this relaxing therapy to your clients, family and friends.
Reflexology is a therapy that uses the feet as a mirror of the whole body, from head to toe. When certain parts of the feet are manipulated and pressure is applied, the whole body can be brought into balance. The points on the feet, hands and ears correspond with systems, organs and structures in the body. These points are called ‘reflexes’ and when stimulated, bring about a response in another area of the body. By using specific pressure techniques to stimulate the reflexes on the feet, imbalances in the organs, tissues and systems of the body can be detected and effectively treated to restore the body to balance and good health. |

Reiki I Course - £200.00 (one day course)
Level 1 is a student's introduction into Reiki and is open to anyone. Students will learn about the history of Reiki and understand what the energy of Reiki is and about the five principles of Reiki. Students will be attuned to Reiki and then practice on each and helped to feel the energy of Usui Reiki flowing through them as the conduit and into another person. Students will be advised that they will undergo 21 days of self awakening. This is a time of reflection and adjustment to the Reiki energy which changes your life forever.

Reiki II attunement gives you the symbols so students can become practitioners should they wish. Students will learn about the symbols and what they are to be used for. They will understand how to place their hands on the client's body and how to activate the Reiki energy using Mikao Usui's recommendations. Students will learn how to use the symbols to heal people who are living at a distance away and also learn to give healing to last. Students will practice on each other and get used to asking for healing and will also start to understand what it feels like to have Reiki energy running through them.
